If you need to reverse any steps from the last scan with PCSupport360, please start PCSupport360 and select Restore from the Top Menu. Then select the last entry and press Restore to complete the process. Alternatively, PCSupport360 makes a Windows restore point prior to making any changes on your PC. You can access Windows restore point by going to Start, All Program, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.
From there, please select a date prior to the problem having developed with the program or its install date. Please note that any changes made to your computer after the restore may be lost through this process.
