How do I complete a clean-install of the program?

How do I perform a clean reinstall of PC Booser or PCFirstAid product?

If you are getting an error with the application or the program does not run, many issues can be resolved by doing a clean install of the program. Please kindly follow the step-by-step guide below to complete this procedure

1) Please close all programs that are running on your PC and in particular any PCSupport360 application by right clicking on the program icon in the system tray, next to the system tray, and selecting Exit.


2) Please then go to Start=> All Program and then selecting PC Booster/ PCFirstAid application folder and then selecting the Uninstaller icon. Alternatively you can uninstall it from your Control Panel=> Programs and Features (Windows 7 to 11), select the application and then click remove.
