Return & Refund Policy

If you're dissatisfied with any PC Support 360 product you purchased, you may contact us within 60 days of your purchase for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 60 days after your purchase date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

The refund will be made to the same credit card, PayPal, and/or bank account used during the purchase..

PC Support 360 will not charge any fee for processing a refund.

Note! Once the refund is processed, you lose the right to use the software together with the license code sent to you. The license code will be marked as invalid in our database and access to the services will be revoked.

Software products refund process

If you are unhappy for any reason after installing, registering, and using a software product you bought from our webshop, please create a new ticket here. Please include your email address, order number and the serial of the product you wish to return. If you have purchased several items, specify which item you want to refund, otherwise, your entire order will be refunded. Please note, refunds can take up to 2 working days to be processed.
